Many retailers focus on the ‘younger’ market and for good reason. Young adults are just starting out buying clothes, cars and everything you need to set up an apartment. Young and middle aged married people are stocking up to handle growing families and filling houses with furniture and such.
But times and demographics are changing. A larger percentage of the population is considered a senior citizen and it’s only going to grow. They still need food, clothes, cars and all the things you need to keep a house or business going. Voila! Big and growing market with different needs.
