AZ Retail is excited to announce a new member of our blogging team – Jennifer Lewis. Jen is currently working as a Retail Manager in the Phoenix Arizona area. Jen got her first job in retail when she was in high school and she continued with it after college. She has a total of 15 years retail management experience.
Here’s a little more about Jen in her own words:
“The best part about working retail is that it’s a constantly changing environment. There’s always new product coming in, which is probably my absolute favorite part considering I’m a huge shopaholic!”
“I also enjoy being able to work with a wide variety of people. As a store manager I get to hand select my team which is really important to me. Having a cohesive team makes it so much easier to provide a great customer experience.”
“I also love merchandising and seeing the displays I build result in sales for our team.”
