We have a special treat for February – guest blogger Will English!! Will is nationally recognized as one of the top Quickbooks Certified Intuit Premier Resellers and Advanced ProAdvisors in the country. Mr. English will be addressing one of the most problematic issues with Quickbooks Point of Sale – the inability of QuickBooks Point of Sale to synch to QuickBooks Financial when it’s not on the local network. But first, we wanted to give Will a brief introduction.
William English is President of English Management Solutions, Inc. and has over twenty years of experience helping small businesses and nonprofits manage their finances. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Accountancy focus from National University in San Diego, C.A.
Will is also an award-winning Certified Intuit Premier Reseller and an Advanced Certified ProAdvisor in both QuickBooks Financial and Point of Sale software, assisting clients nationwide. He has been using and supporting QuickBooks for over 15 years starting with the first DOS version of QuickBooks where he was hired by Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks, as one of the first accounting trained technical support representatives for the program.
In terms of QuickBooks POS, Will has been on board since version 2! He is an active tester in the QuickBooks beta program where he performs software testing and is know as the “go-to” expert in all things POS.
In addition, (and we don’t know where he finds the time!) Will is a national recognized trainer of other ProAdvisors and is the co-author of two QuickBooks POS store operations handbooks.
