Privacy Policy
AZ Retail Systems will not sell or disclose any
information about our customers or visitors to our web site. You may occasionally
receive an email from us regarding specials, or specific supplies/product
information. This should not occur too often, but you can opt out if you
like by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Purchasing
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and Master Card with a verifiable United States billing
address. Your credit card will not be charged until product availability
is confirmed and your order has shipped.
We also accept COD, Wire Transfers and Checks.
There is a $20 Processing Fee for Wire Transfers. Products purchased by
check are not shipped until the check has cleared. Each returned check
will result in a $25 processing fee.
Credit/Purchase Orders/Government Purchases
We may extend credit terms of Net 20 days for qualified customers based
on approval. We accept PO's and/or offer terms to government agencies.
This includes local, state, and federal government agencies; military
installations and agencies; educational institutions such as local schools,
colleges, and universities; and other organizations legally related to
or controlled by government organizations.
We determine on an individual basis, and at our
sole discretion, what organizations qualify. We may extend terms to organizations
purchasing large quantities of supplies or product or companies wishing
to order on a recurring basis. Any and all past due amounts are subject
to a 1.5% monthly financing charge or the maximum permissible under applicable
law. Please call us for more details.
Special Needs Order
Please call us if your order has special needs or you have a specific
request regarding shipping method or timing. We will do our best to work
with you and find a solution.
Quantity Buyers
Large quantity pricing is available. Please call us at 1-800-777-1214,
Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5PM Arizona time (MST in the fall/winter, PST in
the spring/summer).
Shipping
Shipping Methods
We typically use UPS, and FedEx or USPS as needed. Items are shipped to
arrive in 3 - 7 business days unless expedited shipping is requested.
If a product is out of stock and shipping is delayed, then we will notify
you.
Next Day and 2nd Day shipping is also available
for urgent requests. All shipping time estimates are based on business
days and subject to carrier schedules and events.
FPO, APO & US Territories
We ship US Postal Service Express Mail with the packages insured for FPO
and APO addresses. We ship US Postal Service Express Mail or UPS Air for
US Territories. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for shipments to these
locations.
Holiday Shipping
The major carriers do not guarantee that ground shipments will arrive
on schedule during holidays due to the extra load. Standard 3 - 7 day
shipping can easily have 2 - 3 days added to it. Overnight or 2nd day
service is the way to compensate during holiday seasons if you require
immediate delivery. Please include this into your planning.
Weekend Shipping
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday delivery may be arranged
subject to availability and carrier. Please contact us to request this
arrangement.
RMA/Return Policy
DOA/Defective Product Returns
Rarely, a customer may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. Defective
products must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Typically a "DOA" is actually improperly
configured or "inoperative" due to some other basic technical
issue. A product that is not compatible with your system is not considered
defective or DOA. We strongly recommend that you verify with the POS software
vendor that a piece of equipment will work with your software and that
you are ordering the correct interface (serial, parallel, USB or pass-through)
before you order.
In the event that our tech support determines that
the product is defective, we will issue you an RMA number and require
you to return the product. Please pack the item in the same way as you
received it, along with all required parts, manuals, packaging material,
etc. Do not write or mark on the product or its packaging. All products
must be returned double boxed.
The product will be tested and inspected upon return.
If the item is not defective, a diagnosis charge and return fee of up
to 25% of the purchase price may apply.
Beyond the allowed DOA period, the manufacturer's
warranty takes effect. All warranties are carried out directly through
the manufacturer of the product. Contact us for the manufacturer contact
information if needed. Please let us know if you have any problems getting
warranty assistance from the manufacturer. We will do what we can to help.
Non-Defective Product Returns
It is important to verify an item is compatible with your software prior
to ordering it. We will not accept the return of products after 15 days.
All returns require a return authorization number (RMA#) from customer
service and are subject to a 25% restock fee.
No shipping charges will be reimbursed.
We will only accept returns that are 100% complete
and in new and unused condition. If any parts are missing, or damaged
then the product will be returned as is to the buyer. Additionally, failure
to return the item(s) in the complete original packaging will result in
refusal. This includes any external boxes used, manuals, disks, cables,
accessories, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked
or otherwise not acceptable for resale.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. This process
can take several weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the return date for
credit to be issued. Any credit will be issued via check or back onto
the credit card that was originally used to purchase the product.
Supplies/Software/Special Order Items
None of these items are returnable or refundable. Please make your choices
very carefully. Our experts are happy to help you make the proper selection
when you call. Please have basic information on-hand (e.g., brand, model,
and size) to assist in determining the appropriate supplies.

terms and conditions form the entire understanding and agreement with
respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior
understandings or agreements.
Severability
If any term or condition shall, to any extent or form, be invalid or unenforceable,
the remainder of the terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby,
nor shall the application of such term(s) or provision(s) to persons or
circumstances other than those that are held to be invalid or unenforceable
shall be affected thereby.
Right of Refusal
AZ Retail Systems, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities and/or
to reject orders at our sole discretion.
Web Links and Other Web Sites
This web site may be linked to other web sites which are not controlled
by AZ Retail Systems, Inc. and AZ Retail Systems, Inc. is not responsible
for the content of those web sites. Inclusion of a link to another web
site, or links on another web site to this web site, does not in any way

Shortages
All claims for shortages must be made in writing by the Buyer within 48
hours of receipt of supplies/product. Unless such notice is given within
the stated period of time, Buyer agrees that it shall be conclusively
presumed that Buyer has fully inspected the supplies/product and acknowledged
that no shortage exists.
Title/Risk of Loss
Title to the supplies/product shall pass to Buyer upon delivery of supplies/product
to the common carrier (at Seller's dock) or any other location directed
by Buyer. All risk of loss, damage, theft or destruction to the supplies/products
shall be borne by the Buyer at F.O.B. (Freight On Board) shipping point.
No loss, damage, theft or destruction to the supplies/product, in whole
or in part, shall impair the obligation of the Buyer under this agreement,
all of which shall continue in full force and effect.
Security Interest
Buyer agrees that AZ Retail Systems, Inc. shall retain a security interest
in all supplies/products detailed herein and to all supplies/products
now or hereafter acquired by Buyer, and to any proceeds thereof, until
the purchase price and any other charges due to AZ Retail Systems, Inc.
have been paid in its entirety. Buyer agrees to execute any financing
statement or other documents that AZ Retail Systems, Inc. requests in
order to protect AZ Retail Systems', Inc. security interest. Upon any
default by Buyer of this agreement, AZ Retail Systems, Inc. shall have
all rights and remedies of a secured party under the uniform Commercial
code, which rights and remedies shall be cumulative and not exclusive.
Default Events
Buyer shall be in default under this agreement upon the occurance
of any of the following events or conditions:
(a) Default by Buyer on payment of any installment,
invoice, bill or any other indebtedness or obligation now or hereafter
owed by Buyer to AZ Retail Systems, Inc. under this agreement;
(b) Default in the performance of any obligation, covenant or liability
contained in this agreement or any other agreement or document with AZ
Retail Systems, Inc.;
(c) Any inaccurate warranty, representation or statement made or furnished
by Buyer to AZ Retail Systems, Inc.; and
(d) Dissolution, termination of existence, discontinuance of Buyer's business,
insolvency, business failure, or appointment of a receiver for any part
of the property of, or assignment for the benefit of creditors by Buyer
or the commencement of any proceedings under any bankruptcy reorganization
or arraignment laws by or against Buyer or the attachment, levy, seizure
or garnishment of any of the Buyer's property, rights, assets (contingent
or otherwise) or the supplies/product.
Remedies Available to AZ Retail Systems, Inc.
in Case of Default Event
I. Remedies
Upon the occurrence of any default event or at any time thereafter, AZ
Retail Systems, Inc. may, at its option and at its sole discretion and
without further notice, exercise one or more of the following remedies:
(1) Demand or, without demand, sue for amounts
then due or thereafter accruing under any invoice, bill or other documentation
evidencing indebtedness;
(2) Suspend deliveries of any or all product;
(3) Take possession of the supplies/product whenever or wherever found
and for this purpose enter upon any premises of Buyer and remove the supplies/product,
without court order or other process of law, without any liability for
damages, suit, action or other proceedings by the Buyer for such entry
and/or removal;
(4) Cause Buyer, at its expense, to promptly return the product to AZ
Retail Systems, Inc.; in a good, like-new condition;
(5) Sell the goods, or any part thereof at public or private sale (for
cash or credit) at such time or times as AZ Retail Systems, Inc.; shall
determine, free and clear of any rights of Buyer, and if notice thereof
is required by law, any notice in writing of any such sale by AZ Retail
Systems, Inc.; to Buyer not less then ten days prior to the date thereof
shall constitute reasonable notice thereof to Buyer;
(6) Exercise any rights accruing to AZ Retail Systems, Inc. under any
applicable contract or law upon a default by Buyer.
II. Mitigation of Damages
Should AZ Retail Systems, Inc. repossess any of the supplies/product because
of a default by Buyer, AZ Retail Systems, Inc. may make a commercially
reasonable effort to sell product at a reasonable price to a third party,
provided, however, that AZ Retail Systems, Inc. shall have no obligation
to actively seek out and solicit potential sellers and Buyers for said
goods.
III. Collection Costs
In the event of any default on the part of Buyer, the Buyer shall pay
any and all collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred
by AZ Retail Systems, Inc..
IV. Rights and Remedies Are Not Exclusive
No right or remedy conferred upon or reserved to AZ Retail Systems, Inc.
by this agreement shall be exclusive of any other right and/or remedy
herein or by contract or law provided. All rights and/or remedies conferred
upon AZ Retail Systems, Inc. by this agreement and/or by law shall be
cumulative and in addition to every other right and/or remedy available
to AZ Retail Systems, Inc.
V. Time is of the Essence
Time is of the essence for this agreement. The Customer/Buyer/End User
and any representative(s) that they may employ or utilize shall act in
a reasonably timely manner regarding time frame, activities, and/or resolutions.
